Every detail of our office is designed with your comfort in mind. Our lobby has a TV with Netflix, a coffee bar, bottled water, and a variety of snacks for you and anyone who may accompany you during your visit. We even have kid friendly tablets and headphones loaded with games, movies, and music to keep your little ones entertained and excited about their trip to the dentist.
CONSULTATION ROOM
After your exam you can have a seat in our private consultation room where you can see your x-rays, pictures, and proposed treatment laid out in front of you on our large display screen so that you have all of the information you need to make the best decision about your health in a space where you will feel comfortable asking questions. This is also an area where we can go over the financial aspect of your treatment and, if necessary, help secure third party financing through Care Credit or Lending Club.
STERILIZATION FACILITY
Our foremost concern is the health and safety of our patients. To assure you of this safety, Silvertooth Family Dental utilizes the latest in sterilization techniques and uses state-of-the-art sterilization equipment to ensure that all instrumentation, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilized.
One of the ways we do this is through the use of sterilization cassettes. Sterilization cassettes are simply metallic boxes that contain customized slots for the placement of various dental instruments. Sterilization cassettes were initially used by hospitals for sterilizing surgical instruments used in medical procedures. In recent years, some dental offices have adopted the use of cassettes for cross infection prevention as well.

Digital Radiographs
In our practice we use digital dental radiographs (digital X-rays) in place of traditional photographic film. Digital x-rays require less radiation to produce an image of similar contrast to conventional radiography. Other advantages of digital x-ray include time efficiency through bypassing chemical processing and the ability to digitally transfer and enhance images.
Cone Beam CT
Our doctors utilize cone beam computed tomography (CT) which is a special type of x-ray equipment to produce three dimensional (3-D) images of your teeth, soft tissues, nerve pathways and bone in a single scan.
Intraoral Scanner
Now, instead of conventional impression taking with messy trays and gunky impression material, we have the capability to take digital impressions with an intraoral scanner. The added comfort and speed of these impressions make your over all dental experience more comfortable while providing greater detail and accuracy for the doctor.
