All-on-4 Implants

All-on-4, a modern dental implant solution, uses only four implants to provide a full arch of teeth. It can restore your smile, improve your oral health, and give you the confidence to enjoy your favorite foods and activities without worrying about your teeth.

You can receive a brand new set of teeth in just one day with the All-on-4 treatment, which is minimally invasive and completed in a single visit to the dentist. This means that you can leave the dental office with a brand new smile that looks and feels natural.

Dental Implants

Dental Implants provide a more secure and comfortable alternative to traditional dentures, and they can replace a single tooth or an entire arch of teeth. A titanium post is implanted into the jawbone, and a dental crown is attached to it. The implant post acts as an artificial root, providing stability and support for the dental crown.

The dental implants offer a more permanent solution than dentures or bridges and often provide a more natural look and feel than other replacement options.

We offer single and full arch implants if you need to replace missing teeth. Full arch implants (upper and lower teeth)  are ideal for patients who have lost all their teeth in one arch or need to replace an entire denture.

Root Canal Therapy

When decay or infection affects the nerve of a tooth, root canal therapy becomes necessary. This treatment involves removing the living tissue inside the tooth (the pulp), as well as any decay, bacteria, and nerves. The resulting space is then filled with special, medicated dental materials that restore the tooth's full function.

Saving the affected tooth through root canal therapy is the preferred treatment option. Some patients may think that removing the problematic tooth is the solution, but they fail to realize that extracting (pulling) a tooth can ultimately be more expensive and cause significant issues for adjacent teeth.

Dentures and Partials

There are two types of dentures - complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain. A partial denture not only fills in the spaces created by missing teeth but also prevents other teeth from shifting.

A complete denture may be either “conventional” or “immediate.” A conventional type is made after the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has healed, usually taking 4 to 6 weeks. During this time, the patient will go without teeth. Immediate dentures are made in advance and immediately placed after the teeth are removed. This prevents the patient from having to be without teeth during the healing process. Once the tissues shrink and heal, Silvertooth and Whinery Family Dental will make adjustments.
