Meet Dr. Graham Whinery, a true Texan through and through! Hailing from the Lone Star State, Dr. Whinery has an impressive background that extends far beyond his dental expertise. From excelling in dental school to receiving a football scholarship at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, this dentist has achieved remarkable success in both academics and sports.
During his time at the University at Buffalo, Dr. Whinery not only played Division 1A Football but also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Balancing the demands of football and academics, he demonstrated his exceptional discipline and commitment to both his athletic and educational pursuits.
Driven by his passion for learning and advancing in his field, Dr. Whinery pursued further education at Regis University in Denver, CO, where he obtained a Master's in Biomedical Science. This advanced degree equipped him with a deeper understanding of the human body and its intricate systems.
Eager to immerse himself in the world of dentistry, Dr. Whinery enrolled at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine to pursue his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. The rigorous program provided him with the necessary knowledge and skills to become a proficient dental professional.
To enhance his expertise even further, Dr. Whinery completed a General Practice 
Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, New York. This invaluable experience allowed him to refine his dental skills and broaden his understanding of various specialty fields within dentistry. The residency played a pivotal role in shaping him into the well-rounded and knowledgeable dentist he is today.
Now back in his beloved home state of Texas, Dr. Whinery has worked hard to forge strong relationships with his patients. He understands the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and consistently pursues continuing education and hands-on courses. By doing so, he ensures that his patients receive the absolute best care possible, benefiting from the most current and effective treatments available.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Whinery leads a fulfilling life. He cherishes his beautiful wife and is proud to be a father to his son, Harrison. Together, they embrace the joys of family life and enjoy spending quality time together in the great outdoors with their Dutch Shepherd. Dr. Whinery's love for hunting, fishing, and various sports reflects his active and adventurous nature.
